Your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love. Alecu Russo 10 built a place where you can come back to and call it home. They sell an integrated solution for urban living, right in the centre of Bucharest.

Even though we own a portfolio with real estate clients, every new project is special for us. It comes with a different positioning and research that ends with a unique selling proposition.

Our first challenge was, of course, branding. What color palette should we choose, fonts are going to be serif or not? Questions that got their answer right after client’s meeting. And we met their expectations right away.
Another challenge we had to deal with was Alecu Russo’s online & offline identity. There’s no easy job to find your right path of communication, but we managed to identify what tone of voice is matching target’s vision.

The centre of all communication materials and the main visual element. An abbreviation of its name to simplify the process of sending the information properly. We used light serif fonts in order to keep an elegant touch.

Our choice was Miller Display Roman as a primary font and Muller Regular as a secondary font. Their purpose is to highlight the premium elegance of Alecu Russo, in a soft yet strong visual composition.

Alecu Russo is about softness, elegance and simplicity with a pastel color palette, contrasted by a strong gray. Those are the colors used for their online identity, but also for their building facade.

An art deco inspired pattern with a simple, geometrical design that merge a part of their interior design with brand elements used for social media, printed materials or website.

Using all the pastel colors from the color palette, we created a mood board for our client, meant to lure users into the elegant and luxurious world of a city centre apartment.

There is no template, no definitive and universal set of rules for UI/UX design. It’s all about understanding you target’s mindset and solve their needs through navigational components, input controls or containers.

Checking out prices for apartments or browsing the brochure may be difficult if you’re on a mobile device. That was the main challenge for our web design team that managed to create a responsive design for the most used gadget nowadays and for many other types of screens.
